we are trying to keep it 550 and under for 5 days (airfare + hotel). Also, my friend wants to save money by having 4 people per hotel room, is that going to be really gay? I told him we should only have 2 per room, but he thinks it will be too much

Going to Vegas on a budget is not recommended. It's a time to splurge. However, do what you gotta do!
