What is the best battery to go for

I am looking at purchasing a new battery to go for my system is going to be 3000w rms

I have a a 2 farad Audiobahn cap and am using their high current amps, do i need a battery.

If so which is the best one to go for, Optima Yellow top or Exide 9000DC

I have always found that the Optima Yellow Top batteries are very good and are reasonably priced, so I'd get that one if I were you

There is a shop in my area that sells the yellow top for $180.00. I don't have any point of reference to know if this is reasonable or not.

You got any idea with dynamo to use with it ? How many amps should it feed ?
