I disagree with the top posters. Someone responsible with a good enough sense to know what should go and what should stay. I like the idea of moderators, and I think it's about time there are some, before this good board turns into "one of those places."

I think you guys are on the right track.. as far as mods go but you need people to agree to being a mod as well not just voted in. It would also help to have fairly knowledgable people to run things just to keep things straight.. I know some of this was already covered but I was just skimming the posts. The only other problems I see are that the mods need to be PC in a matter of speaking and getting the Admin to go for it.

Does anyone actually know who runs this website??? I think more mods are needed. But we cant let personal beef with people get in thew way, only dumbshlt should go. Like that kid that makes the post and all it says is "poop" or something stupid like that.

Exactly and if you saw the other or one of the other posts... gawd I can not recall which thread it is under cause we hit them all up, but moderators would be based on a Terms Of Service deal. Basically by having volunteer moderators it saves the admin from having to deal with as much on the site and saves money by not having to pay for some form of monitoring. It is not just hand someone a ban button and let them go to town

The admin. has already clearly stated that the members should monitor themselves, you all are just basically wasting your time. I'm sure the admin has seen your polls and threads, if they think that mods are necessary believe me, it will be brought up. If you see a thread that is offensive, by all means click the "report" button.

I know the admins are busy...but I have used that "report" button a couple times, and nothing...but you are right, the admin clearly stated last time we tried to get moderators that they are letting users moderate themselves...but things can get out of hand on here(as weve seen a nice display of over the past week or so)

I know this maybe a little bit off the subject but i think that it is bullshit that ppl want to complain how bad it is my self i have been a member for almost a year true i dont have many posts but the ones i have made help me out alot sure they responses have a been a lil slow but they still came. I have noticed that most of the complaints have come from punks make up stories just to post or try and telll other info that isnt even true or just to come on here to make others mad its a place to learn and help others not to write a bunch of bullshit i think we justall be glad that this site was ever made just what i thought!
