Well, i don't think i could even narrow down my pick to even 5...lol. "DREAM CARS", hmmm...

I'd take a 68-69 nova, or chevelle any day of the week. I helped work on a 68 nova, with a 350 small block bored over to 355, first he ran it high compression on 104 octane fuel. Then he rebuilt, added a 471 Weiand Blower, dual 4barrel carbs, and ****...it has 30" mickey thompsons on the back, tubbed out, custom roll cage. Dyno-ed near 900 HP @ the rear wheels, and it's registered street legal also. He drives it in the spring...it is so amazing! Ever since i worked on it for about 6months...i fell in love with it!

Mmmm.... 900 hp with a 4-71??? My 69 RS/SS has a 10-71 and is only pushing ~ 650 with 8 lbs boost. For 900 HP out of a small block it would take a 10-71 at least with crazy boost (12+)

i'll try to get the dyno sheet, or talk to him. I live in ohio, he lives over in kentucky. Going to go visit in a week or so, i'll get the specifics...i may be mistaken on the blower size! It's a sick car...peace

if i was going to get anything it def wouldn't be an old muscle car. I mean dont get me wrong, they are nasty..

if i was forced to get one car that i had to use year round up here (nh), it would probly be a RUF... i dunno which one, because i can't remember off the top of my head and i'm too lazy to search.. but it would be the 911 body style, awd, and have a killer twin turbo engine

I really wouldn't call $45,000-50,000 affordable by any means.
