It's 226 MPH according to Lingenfelter ...

There was one on the race track I was at. It wasnt the full blown lingenfelter, but it had most of the stuff. Its was impossible to catch up to him, even with my dropping down gears and givin it the beans. He was all traction and just took off like a bat out of hell. It was like I wasnt even moving and he just was gone.

I have a vid of a mildly modded vette racing a 13-second DSM car. They got the vette off the line, but it came up super quick and roared past them with ease.

wow; you guys know quite a bit about cars.

my girfriends dad has 2 1965 mustangs (we are fixing one) and i think its got a 454 in it. the garage collapsed on them durring winter when alot of snow felt.

Did it look better up close or worse?
When I actually got the chance to look up at a Diablo upclose I was truely impressed with the craftsmanship... the CF wing was the cleanest CF job I've ever seen... it just had all kinds of little details that impressed me...

I didn't get to see it that close (touching it close) it was at the stop light in front of us. Only got to see it for probably 20-30 seconds. It didn't look like it belonged on the streets. Looked like someone stole a race car and was driving it on the streets. I've never seen any other car that rare. I've seen other exotics, just nothing that rare.

We werent actually "racing" it was more for "fun" and you really werent supposed to go past 60, but everyone had their "head turned".
