Whats the difference?

If its a true Demo amp, it was in the shop on the floor hooked up to subs or speakers to show what the amp and sub or said speakers sound like... or was in a Car/Truck that the Shop owned to demo at shows or at the shop to show off said amp sub speakers... but either way it has been powered and used.

As far as used vs new... I've yet to actually use a new amp every amp i've owned has been used. Over the past eh.... 12 years I've went through about 50+ amps only 1 bad amp so far an I only paid $1 for it at a yard sale... Spooney is fixing said amp now lol.

There is a big difference between Used, and "ex demo amp". An ex demo amp is usually fairly well taken care of, screw heads not stripped or chewed up. I say "usually" because you don't know what gauge wiring they used or how the gains were set. I have seen some amps ran on 2 - 4 gauge that should've been on 0/2 and gains set by ear.

Personally, I would feel confident in that amp, especially with the 6-month warranty they're offering. Used amps are a crapshoot unless the seller is reputable. It's like having an ex ***** as for your wife, she used to be worked hard and put up wet on a daily basis, but now she is wore out, and should be fine for your used if you can swollow the fact you have no idea how hard it was hit before.

Never bought a new amp till I picked up this 3500, only reason I bought new was bc I was tired of buyin stuff that was already scratched up
