101 guide on to "How to determine a Rice Car"

one if you see the following..

-Universal exhaust that has input of 2" and output of 4", without upgrading the rest of the exhaust system

-Badges/emblems that represent name brand items you don't have on car example: NOS stickers

-Unnecessary stickers showing off your engine type or a big logo of your manufacture

-Too many lightings/neons/leds/under glow

-Half painted body kit

-You have a carbon fiber hood but your spoiler is heavy enough to defeat the purpose of your CF hood

-Altezzas

Big things of rice are spending too much on cosmetic upgrades over performance onces. Especially to the point where the cosmetic upgrades are so heavy that they actually slow you down, and the stock version of your own car can beat you.
