What happened to Audiobahn audio?

the original immortals were pretty decent subs.
Is what I have heard, never got the chance to try one though, maybe i'll feel like some cash is burning my pocket when I check ebay one of these days.. hell the motors alone would be fun to get redone.

I like the design of their marine components (especially the mids), its too bad they had to ruin it by putting their name on the cone.

Im sorry man... audiopipe and legacy do not belong in the same category.

Atleast you can do things with audiopipe.

You could fill out a whole maxxlink with 5 pairs of legacy 2kw amps and still ****.

well im glad no one hear said Lighting Audio cause i got a set of 4-5 year old 800w max 12s and from what i can tell they look well made the magnet is like 2-2 1/2 thick and the basket looks to be alu and wraps around the magnet and then the magnet is held in place by 4 screws .the speaker surround looks to be made out of rubber and the center i think is plastic . the only problem ive had with them is that one sounds like the voice coil is rubbing on the magnet thought about spraying either some lithium grease in there or some wd40 but i dont want to mess it up cause ive never seen another one like it
