Hello,
I want to connect a TRF VLSW123D2 Subwoofer (250 watt RMS) and my front
JBL Stage 2 604C (45 watt RMS each) to a
TRF M600.4AB amplifier (4 channels, 600 watt RMS).
What gauge wire should i use for the subwoofer and what for the speakers ?

14 ga or 12 will be just fine for both. no need in buying 2 sizes.. I use 14ga on all my speakers and tweets, 8 ga on all my subs or 10

Can we calculate what gauge wire works?
I tried researching but couldn't find much of anything. I'm running 2 XFL 12s on a JP23 at 1ohm with 12 gauge wire from amp to subs.
I worry it's not thick enough. What can happen if the wire isn't thick enough?

How does voltage and current measure in this connection? Do both values change with changes in volume?

I'm no engineer, electrician or mathematician but I run 8 gauge on every subwoofer I have.

Nope, just purchased and received it for my brothers "74" Ford Currier truck resto build. Small 4 cahnnel taramps and a set of nice 6.5" Pioneer Z...
