The big problem is Europeans have few options for brands and shipping and taxes are brutal. If you ship him a 100$ amp it'll cost 50$ in shipping minimum and he'll have to pay 100$ in taxes.

Best is to make a friend that travels to USA or an American military base somewhere in Europe and have something shipped for them to pick up. I've seen the inexpensive options available in Europe and they're pretty sad. Some really nice competition tier stuff in Europe but it's also double what we pay.

Couldn't he get a small B2 amp? They're good quality, and a northern European company. Would be less taxes and shipping than an amp from America

i have no idea like i said i'm sure it' better than some out there jbl makes really good subs.. i did see a 5 star eview of it and says it does 650 rms @ 2ohms, it has 60 amps of fuse so it is capable of doing it..
