Nope. If it was legal it would just make it easier to sell. You think if it was made legal drug dealers would go legit and pay taxes on the profit they make from it? You think people are going to go to a store and pay more for weed that has been marked up when they can just grow their own legally or buy it cheaper from the local weed man?

If it was made legal and taxed. I would bet my life that the crack down on weed not coming from a place that pays the taxes would be worse than it is right now on the illegal ish. If you get a year now for it, i bet you'd get 5 or 10 if you bypass the taxes.

How could getting weed from say jack, who got it from jane, who had to buy it from john, who got it from the grower alex could ever be cheaper then buying it from a store who bought mass amounts of it from a legal grow plant with a license?

because i dont know how much you know about drugs, and dealing. but every person that buys it from someone else, marks up the price, and a lot at that. how do you think drug dealers make so much money?

i would also be willing to bet if it was legal the bud would get 10x better. because actual inteligent people would get into growing who know how to modify genus' and make the weed stronger, better, cleaner and have a better high

Buying it from someone who isn't paying taxes on their revenue is wayyyyyy less expensive than paying retail prices. Retail stores have more expenses than someone growing weed in their house so the price will be way higher.

Growing weed in your house would probably still be illegal. Only authorized dealers would be able to.

No i realize this, but if it was cheaper to grow anything at your house then to have a huge factory do it. then why do we have produce sections in supermarkets? why doesnt EVERYONE go to the local farmer and buy there fresh goods? because when your mass producing something it is cheaper to make, and you the business man can afford to have a smaller profit margin
