Your inability to ask a question means I don't think clear?
Your first question was:

Now you're switching it to:

Those are two different questions, if you don't understand that you're dumber than I thought.
The wording of thew two questions is different, but the point is the same: the assumption of it affecting their work performance and/or their ability to be safe. If you cant understand THAT, then you are just about as dumb as... well... as I have come to think you are.

:new laughing at you emote I wish we had:

LOL you realized your caffeine comparison was retarded now you're moving on to alcohol. Yea if I find out an applicant is a drunk it would be safe to assume that it could affect their work performance.
Yes smart guy, it took you pointing it out to me, for me to realize caffeine is not as strong a drug as marijuana. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

I notice you moved right past my point, yet again, simply to try and talk down to me instead of acknowledging my point. You are not only dumb, you are argumentative.

I think he's trying to pull my shtick. lol
I think Lazy is just trolling now, because nobody is as dense as he is acting here. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Well, trolling plus pussing out on admitting he has misunderstood me from the get-go.

You need to go back to school or something lol. They are two different questions

Do you think its fair to assume that if someone tests positive for marijuana, it should be assumed it will affect their ability to do their job
Affecting their ability to do their job could mean many things. For example:

They're thinking about smoking weed so they're not giving full potential to their job

They come to work smelling like weed so customers get offended and won't buy stuff from them

They get high at home and are too tired to go to work

That is different from:

In other words, proving they use it means its fair to assume they'll use it at work
Do you not understand that?

Then what was the point of saying it? It'd be like damn I'm thinking about food because I'm hungry, I can't wait to get off.
Did you even read the post? I said it could affect someones work performance. That's it. I didn't compare it to anything. The topic of the discussion was weed. If I was talking about alcohol the same thing would apply..

Ah, so we need to create a testing procedure that determines if people think about screwing their secretary while at work. Or thinking about what car they want to buy. Or thinking about last night's football game.

You just cant help but spout nonsense and rhetoric.

Ummm wtf are you talking about? All I said was thinking about something else while at work can affect someone's work performance lol. I never said we need to test check and see if people are thinking about other things at work.

You need to go back to school or something lol. They are two different questions
Only to someone who is too busy trying to find semantics to discuss, to actually address the topic the question was addressing. This is called a comprehension problem, you haz it.

So Im ridiculous for comparing smoking pot to ingesting caffeine, but you see no correlation between thinking about smoking pot, and thinking about absolutely anything else besides their immediate task at work. Gotcha! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Good call, bro. Because people could never smell like the cig they just smoked, last night's bar whore, or the shit they just deposited in the bathroom. Heck, maybe we should make a rule that people cant eat red meat, because they *might* smell like their lunch and some vegetarian *might* get offended. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

They get high at home and are too tired to go to work
And they might spend too much time watching internet **** the night before, or arguing about semantics you bring up on a message board, and are too tired to go to work. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Im confident, after this latest reply from you, that absolutely nobody here thinks you are doing anything more than simply arguing to hear yourself type. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif  //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
