What do you think the difference is between these two amps?

The system in my sig was jacked recently and I've been without bass for over a month. I've just started to rebuild and decision time has come for an amp. I got a Boston Acoustics Competitor 1500 in a 2.0 cubic foot sealed box on craigslist for 125.00 from some rich guy. I have one of these

laying around that I was planning on using on my front stage. But I noticed that it puts out 400w x 1 bridged, so maybe I'll use that. But here is another refurb planet audio amp, with the same ratings
