3 inch wide port may cause some port noise. not sure, everything else looks ok.

i would do 4-4.5 for around 45 in^2

play with your port length. Are those dimensions set in stone?

Try

38" wide

15" tall

16.5"deep top

16.5" deep bottom

4" port width

12" port length 2

Comes out to 3.3 @ 34.6

That would squeeze some output out of those subs.
