What do you guys think of this box design for mtx 9500

I know its crude and looks like a 3-year old did it. but it gets the point across..... anyway its kind of building a MDF trunk to eliminate loss of pressure and rear lift gate noise, and to get the bass straight out into the back of peoples heads.

i just left the wall out so you can see inside the box and get an idea.......i have the actual subwoofer box built, i hit 155.1dB with the box....i thought adding the makeshift MDF trunk/bandpass loooking box would add a few dB's
