What do you guys think of these subs?

I found these on eBay and I have been looking for a good set of 12's lately. I emailed the seller and they said it was a TC Sounds TC-3000 / Audiopulse Axis. I have been wanting a set of Axis's do you all think these would be worth it? They also say that this is the "ceramic" version of the sub. What does that mean?

Also it says I can upgrade to a "Neo" motor for $100 more. What is the difference between a regular motor and a neo motor and is it worth the price difference?
