What do you guys think I should do?

Say if I sold someone a sub that was dual 1 ohm and I stated it but they felt like they didn't need to check to make sure it is the configuration they need and bought it anyways. Then after getting the item that I had to ship, they want a refund because they found out they need dual 2 ohm. Should I refund or not? I don't think I should or need to but I may be an *** here. What do you guys think?

Item in question is not a sub but basically the same thing. I didn't lie and they rushed buying item and want a refund because of their mistake. I wouldn't have cared so much if I hadn't shipped it to them and they used it yet but it already has happened and I'm kinda pissed.

I wouldnt refund if it was a person to person sale. If it was a shop it would be diffrent.

There fault for buying it and not knowing what they needed before you shipped. I wouldn't refund.
