Go with a subaru or a diesel,

My M1009 (mil spec of the full size k5 blazer) get mid to low 20mpg, and that's a 6.2 litre engine 4x4

subarus ROCK 4x4 loyale (daily driver), dont have to worry about anything on it (or someone opening a door into it), gets almost 30 mpg in 2wd

B.S!! I had an 02 Monte LS, and i got about 25 if i was lucky, with a 70 mph wind behind me while idling being pushed by a group of mexicans...
X2 There is no way he is getting the same fuel millage as a Honda civic or better than for that matter.

1994 F150 4x4 supercab 5.8L Automatic Loaded

Gets about 13-14 in city with cap on and plow off....

Gets about 11-12 with cap off and plow on in city...

16-17 highway with cap on staying the speed limit

the pluses of driving a 4x4 is you can make money hauling wood and plowing....I mean....I have ALREADY made the money back I paid for it last month plowing.

Paid: $1,700 without plow

Paid: $500 for plow

Total: $2200

Have made: $2500

So.....I have -$300 in the truck //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

1. 2003 Monte Carlo SS

Paid: 12,700

2. Miles: 30,000

3. Average of 33 mpg highway while babied, down to 25 when accelerating on highway

4. Average of 17-22 in city depending if Im goin stoplight to stoplight with someone.

Pros: Very Very smooth ride, large aftermarket of parts, very large user base and wealth of knowledge found easily, extremely spacious interior, unique love or hate style, parts are easy to find and cheap( bought an entire supercharged engine for 700 bucks)

Cons: Big, sometimes expensive, sluggish while stock, but fun to drive with the right mods
