Save a little more and get a alpine type R... you can get them for about 30 bucks more.. If you need 4ohms then get a dual 2 ohm and wire it in series to get a 4 ohm load.

Yeah Arc, Tang Band, Ascendant.... there's a lot of subs that look like that one.

the basket and cone look pretty. the motor looks fat.

it might be worth using if it had a 3" coil and dual 2 ohm leads. maybe buy it for $40 and see what a recone yields lol.

but then, it wouldnt be worth the time spent.

itd be fun to play with but not practical to buy for actually using.

In my collection of subwoofers, I dont have a single pair that doesnt do dangerously loud high DB levels. lol !

My pair of lightening audio subs cost me 40$ at wal-mart. On rated power their dangerously loud to the ear if you listen to them for that long lol. If it hits over 110DB its danger to the ear.

Wow.. when did a magnet ever gain the ability of power ? thought that was an ohms law science already figured out. Hmmmm this might be almost as good as some Funky Pups subwoofers.
