They'll get the job done for ya if your lookin' for that blueish/white look for a cheap price

Don't expect wonders from them though

i figured they were going to be nothing special. i guess ill have to drop $150ish on an HID kit

you might be able to get a decent ballast for that much.......

just get a good pair of sylvania or ge bulbs, get them adjusted correctly, and put in some blue fog, city, or running lights if you can't live without some sort of 'tricked out' lighting

if you used those cheap headlights and got in an accident, you'd probably automatically be faulted

Anytime you tint something that is made to emit light you decrease the amount of light it is capable of emitting.
