You can get the pioneer ipod adapter, or you can just run it through your aux input.

Just search "pioneer ipod" on ebay.

I want to use it with my girlfriends Pioneer 860....so wouldnt I just need a cord to go into the back of the unit...correct me if im wrong...what is the cord that I need for that?

You need to get the Monster cable that is a speaker end into 2 RCA plugins that plugs into the back of your headunit into the Auxilary RCA's (that is if your headunit has auxilary inputs)

the ipod2car is too expensice right now....im looking for the Cheap route remember that....

go with a FM modulator, it's very cheap, but the quality will **** ***. it's like listening to the radio.
