What do I need to know to get roms for emulators?

I'm looking for a bunch of roms I have a bunch of different emulators on my xbox but I'm loking for some rom's where can I get them, preferably as a compolation?

lots of **** spam and stuff and the playstation and up roms they dont really have, they just want to get u to vote for them... but NES/SNES/etc are all there
