In the 'old days' of cell phones... Everything had a different charger except Motorola and Nokia...

AT&T/Cingular, have had it for 3+ years, and still have rollover minutes from 2 years ago. That's after my girlfriend's brother used almost 1500 minutes in one month...

 
i have Verizon for work and personal use...i just got an LG enV to replace my POS razr, which was the 4th replacment, so i have had a total of 5 razr's, retarded *** phone...anyways, i really enjoy the enV so far, it has a lot of functions and texting is a breeze now...and talk about a loud ringer...for work they gave me a blackberry 8830 its pretty darn nice...my wife has a new chocolate, its cool...

 
i have the LG AX8600 from alltel, mine is blue. Its an ok phone. A lot of people I know who have it like it but this is my third one in less than 3 months. The screen has messed up everytime, going all white, all black, half white/half black, mirrored etc. It is nice to have the touch screen music controls that you can also use to read text messages without opening the phone. I haven't found any websites that let you send ringtones too for free, there prob are some that will work for this phone an if anyone can tell me which ones an help me do it that would be great. The camera on the phone isnt very good. Its an ok phone, has a lot of "cool" features. I personally hate alltel except for the my circle, saves me alot. I want t mobile so that I can get a sidekick an myfaves. Alltel service here is terrible. If you have more questions about the phone let me know

the razr2 does look nice...the guy i talked to while activating my phone was hilarious, he talked crazy isht about the razr...

me - "i need to activate my enV"

him - "alright lets see, oh i know why you got a new phone, your currently model is crap"

me - "yep, haha"

him - "i think we as a company should personally go door to door and apologize for offering the phone to begin with, and offer a free accessories coupon on something"

me - "sounds good"

him - "whats that, you are upset about how you were treated over the warranty service of the razr, can i offer you a free car charger or case for your enV sir?"

Well there is a difference between taking care of a customer and giving away free products...

You have to realize that you pay the carrier that $450 a month and the reseller is lucky if he sees a dime from that.

Most of the time you only get paid when you do a activation.

If it was a case where the customer was super pissed, then yea I would say give them a free accessory or something. But, not like this guy. If we gave accessories to everyone with a phone problem we would probably not sell a single one.

Look at it like this. A customer comes in, they have a problem, you are polite fix their problem quickly so they are happy. Well, then you hit them up for the accessory they don't have... And you SELL it to them... Win/Win.

We get paid for helping you (which only makes sense) and you get your phone fixed plus a new earpiece/charger/battery/case to play with...

yea i know how things work...considering i have been at war with this phone since last year, i think it was just...i spent time and money going out of my way in multiple cities to get the phone serviced...this was on the phone with Verizon BTW, not in a store...
