I reported 15 classifieds today. 10 were deleted, 1 was moved, & I was PM'd a response on the other 4. Seems to me it works just fine.

Require 3 months activity and 35 rep to post a sale thread. (Overclock.net - Overclocking.net) example
Remove post count completly.

Better organize the sections and sub sections.

Actively review and watch the site instead of jumping in to little to late.

Revert back the layout, I cannot stand the current.

Remove the rename option completely. Give rename ability to the staff and make a request thread for the action.
