B) bang on the ceiling and yell at them.

C) mount a 12" sub under bedroom of said neighbor wait till 6 am and wake them up with dub step.

D) do nothing

i know its not a twelve on the ceiling but i knew dude was sleeping so cranked the stereo with some dubstep on. two sharp 6 inch drivers getting a bit over 200 watts a piece in separate ported boxs with both with passive radiators. i never really knew they were so loud lol vibrated the **** out of my house. the pictures on the walls were rattling so much it sounded like trunk rattle haha.

If I want to have a civil relationship with this particular neighbor then I'd try one of your options, but if I just didn't give a ****, like I normally do, then I'd just call the cops.
