I was dead serious bro. The real changes that are needed won't happen, and ones that will decrease traffic are probably already being coded. lol

I suggest more mods, not new/replacement mods. Honestly, there is too much work for 2 people to handle here (no offense to the other mods, you guys just are never here lol).

you cant moderate this forum effectively any more...... ppl are just too used to the way things work here.

i moderate 3 forums myself, but the smut talk is ONLY allowed in the ''off topic'' sub section.

anyone chatting s**t or abusing members outside of this area will be warned & then banned.. permanently, you cant do that here (though it is needed in order to keep threads flowing in the right direction) if you were to implement proper forum conduct here you'd have no members left ....

some of the posts ive seen here are utterly out of order, but nothing is done b/c a lot of it comes from long standing members..

that's why moderation is non existent.

Actually, this exact form of moderation is being slowly implemented here. It's pissuing a lot of ngas off, but it's a necessary step towards a better forum.
