I agree an IM room would be cool. I suspect it would relieve a lot of of the personal arguing from the forums and usher it to that medium. I think most people here would rather insult people instantly. I dont know how difficult it would be to implement however.

How about giving us more PM space at the very least. You can also make a google search box. with custom search functions and probably just replace teh vBulletin one. If I were a new user and you told me i had to follow a sticky to use google to search your site, I would leave. We need to come up with some organized how-to stickies that are locked. If i remember right you can also force new users to do certain things, certain amount of posts or read certain threads, maybe force them or redirect them to the how-tos. Also everyone knows that some of the mods need some re working. Some of you are here for a week straight then I dont see you online or doing anything at least for two months. Others pull out childish vengeance and unfair/unbalanced punishments. If youre going to be a **** be a **** to everyone. Also if youre going to act like a 17 year old and go on a banning rage when someone jeers at you a bit then you have no business being a mod. Dont abuse your power and lets see you here on a consistent basis. TBH I tell people to come here cause you can do whatever you want lol.
