The mods do not read every post, nor should they be expected to. That's the entire idea behind the report post button. Everyone wants to be a mod, but nobody wants to help the ones we have. Perhaps the desire to be a mod is based more on popularity and status, than it is on actually exercising the responsibilities assigned to mods.

but ive been here about 5 minutes & i don't read every thread but the ones i do read are ALL off topic!!
the problem you start to have (ive seen it trust me) is most older members dont really ask questions...... they know their stuff, so they float about in the dome or on new audio review threads & classifieds.
so newer members feel alienated asking you lot questions, the ones that build up the bottle to jump in the deep end (with what you lot class as retarded questions) are hounded & laughed at b/c they simply dont know...
ALL members just need to be a bit nicer, stop acting macho over the interwebs..lol

& there's the next question..... do you lot want new members coming in, or have you just grown so used to each other that you could care less..??
im not getting at anyone members or mods, im just explaning it how it looks from someone just trying to fit in.
this place is excellent for content, ive learnt plenty from my short time here..... i think it could be even better..
but hey, im English W.T.F. do i know
