I'm running ~3300 watts off of my stock alt and two batteries. D3100 in the trunk and D1200 up under the hood. My stock alt is ~110amps IIRC.

No, I meant the D3400. It is a new model, and has proven to be very effective in some installs we have done recently, and is much cheaper than the D3100.

You are close in the AH estimate, but you are forgetting to add the AH of the front battery to your overall capacity. Between the two, It will be plenty, especially with one of our StreetBeater alts to keep them topped off.

what's the specs/dimentions of the D3400? It's not even on their website.

It's new, smaller then the D3100 (it's a group 34 battery) and not as powerful as the D3100. But I hear it's quite a bit cheaper. I don't know all the specs on it though.

haha im glad were all trying to find this battery because I am trying to find it to. I just want to be able to run my amps all day long with 0 issues. Also Mechman how do I pay for my Alt because I am ready to pay right now, well I guess once we decide on if I am getting this battery or not. I gotta get started on my install soon.

We havn't loaded the D3400 onto the website yet, but we have several in stock. We have been selling quite a few because they fit a lot of vehicles, roughly the same footprint at as the large optima red-top.
