What are your thoughts on stetsom amps?

I have seen a few of these amps and think they perform pretty well. I have been speaking with a rep to carry the brand, but wanted to hear some other opinions. Don't hold back give me the good and the bad. Thanks guys

They are great burp amps and do a ton of power there is no denying that. But also they are quite inefficient and take a big electrical to back em up. The first run of Stetsom amps were pretty poor for daily purposes, but from reviews of the new models they've made big improvements to make them better daily amps.

Some people swear by them and some people swear at them lol.

That is what is making alot of people question them and Sound Digital amps. Because of the size of the board and single terminals for the huge power they put out. I've heard both companies try to explain it and it just confuses the hell out of me lol. There are a ton of people out there that run amps from both companies, and they are more than proven to put out monster power numbers.

The reps and employees of course will say great things about them, so try to find independent owners and talk to them about their "real" opinions on them.

I don't give two shits about Stetsom either way, but since you never provided references for what you were saying (other than 2 amps being defective), how are you supposed to support your claims?

It sounds like he provided support for his comment. Out of the 2 amps he has had experience with they were problematic. that's his opinion; for example I have an Xbox360 and never had a problem with it, but i know several people whom have had problems with theirs and won't buy the system again. I love mine cuz I've never had a problem.

Might want to visit their website and look at some of their products. Or ask to hear from members that run Stetsom.
