What are your boxes tuned to ?

34 here. I wanna go lower though:crap:
You can, get you some PVC at lowes and extend those ports. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

well mine is "suppose" to be tuned at 36hz but on a term lab its loudest at about 46hz
That doesn't mean that you're not tuned at 36hz.

Also, to whoever that said most rock is in the lower 30hz range, please give me a list of those rock songs. I loved to listen to rock with lower 30hz notes in them.

A lot of linkin parks stuff is also green day. Kick drums are low notes. they just hit faster then hip hop lows

OK I guess I was right but I will call in more Punk then rock.

I dont have the freq software so I am taking a guess here for my untrained slightly tone deaf ears.

Flobots-handlebars

Gorrillaz- feel good inc

dropkick murphys- I'm shipping off to boston

Green day-know your enemy

I started to get into the Hollywood undead tracks, they might be good canidates

along with 3OH!3

If Im wrong let me know cause the bass drum digs in my car

Feels good inc peaks 56-57hz with -18 to -19dB.

I also checked some linkin park songs like numb, in the end, faint, and bleed it out. None of which has anything impressive in the 30hz range or even low 40s. Most of the drums is in the 60hz-120hz range.

PS- I'm using audacity to check.
