What are your boxes tuned to ?

At the mOment, i have the stock syatem in my car. Its a premiuim system with a sub, 360 watt. Other than that, i have no idea about the specs as in where the midbass is at. Ill probly upgrqde speakers later on tho

If you tune your sub to 30 hz, I have a real good feeling you will be missing from 60/70 hz to about 150 hz.

Or you could retain the factory sub, which probably will cover the gap between your mids and added 12".

And if he is running a stock system he is going to need all that sub has to offer

Truthfully, the factory sub is garbage. Id rather listen to the music without the factory sub then with it. If i upgrade speakers later on, would the cover that gap?

In my case when I put in a AM HU I lost my factory sub. The harness do not have wires for it

My headunit has a navagation and bluetooth. I wont be upgrading it. My stsyem has tweeters in it, it that helps. Would tunin to 30 on the sub, changing the stock amp and stock speakers with new speakers n a new amp helpw with that midbass gap id be missing?

My box is tuned to 45hz. I can play 33hx tones with no problems at all.(3512)

I have a 44hz tuned box for a 1508 and can play 35 hz tones with no problems.

Both do great for me in my app for daily listening and the occasional demo.
