I never bought refurbished car audio goods (unless an eBay seller/site was lying about it). I found a good deal for a pair of Diamond Audio subs on eBay and the seller has them stocked in wholesale. However, the condition are labeled as refurbished. It would be nice if the seller can explain what repairs the subs he is selling been through, but I can bet this power seller wouldn't know since hes selling thousands of items by the month. Majority of the negatives of this sellers feedback are mainly from shipping wrong products, overcharging, and 1 faulty amp.

I'd like to hear from those that had bought refurbed subs/speakers/amps and their experiences. Please do state the eBay/site sellers name if you still know it. The one I am referring to is: hifisoundconnection

i brought some refub head units. they work just fine. don't remember the ebay name.
I bought a refurb Directed 1500d a few years back. It worked great. I don't recall who it was from either though.

I would normally steer away from refurb subs unless you can find good feedback in their feedback for the exact model you are referring too.

I have bought two factory referb amplifiers over the years and they have both performed well. Only thing about Rockford referb amps is you don't get birth sheets but i didn't care
