What are these why does my amp still work with them fried?

Sorry i cant get you guys a picture but I just bought a PA3000db and Looking at the internals i noticed two black platic perfect cylinder things were fried. I know they arent caps or resisistors they are shiny black and small with wires coming out the ends like resistors and going onto the board. one is cracked in half and one has the black part completley gone from very high heat. The amp still works and everything seems ok, inputs both work each side and all the controls work. Is this going to blow soon or what?

Could be Zener diodes or something...if they don't have resistor color codes on them.

Well this amp doesnt have fuses and when my friend hooked up his amp with pos and neg backwards the fuses blew so can i treat this thing like brand new or take it really easy. Its 1 ohm stable i wanted to run it at .66 but now I want o go 1.33 if its got a broken leg.

Where did you get it from? I would be saying something to the person I got it from....

I just reread it maybe I am missing it but where the Fuck does it say where you got it?????

I bought it fro NJack2F, and upon questioning he said he knew about it! I just want to know if this amp is still 1ohm stable or should i take it easy. It does work fine for right now but ive not done a ton of testing.

Thanks, I will talk to the guy i bought it from about this, he said he knew of the problem then he cant sell it to me without mentioning it. I have a soldering iron and solder but idk i hope the parts are less than 5 bucks. Will any diode that looks similar work? The one is gone....
