Perhaps someone could steer me with some experience on the Eclipse EA4000 versus the PPI PCX-440. I used to have a PPI2030 and that was a very underrated 2channel amp. Now I want a 4 channel amp and either of these I could get for ~250.00.
This is going into my jeep for a pair of 4x6's up front and a pair of 6.25's in the soundbar. If I toast speakers (all premiere spks) then I have upgrade plans, but I thought that the PCX-440 would be an excellent match or the EA4000 if gained down might not eat the speaks too quickly //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
This amp would be running in conjunction with a PG xenon 400.1 or 600.1 to a pair of PPI 10s (already have them so ill use em till i waste em)
I appreciate your thoughts on this. I hate to spend money without investigating and doing the easiest thing... asking those with experience...
Thanks.
