What are the big three?

I know this is a fairly ignorant question to ask, as most of you here already know what this is.

I do not.

I've heard that they are three fairly inexpensive things you can do to improve the electrical performance of your car (namely to keep things from dimming under serious hittage).

Can someone tell me what they are in detail so I know what they are?

Power wire to alternator from battery

Ground wire from battery to chassis

Power wire from distribution block to battery(?)

Either replace them with bigger gauge wire or suppliment them. Seems a toss up on which people prefer. that's my understanding of it anyways from what i've read here. I haven't done it myself, yet.
