What are some of the Weakest subs you ever used?

u lucky bastoid, did u have friends that knew what they were doing and helped ya?

right now i'm giving my newb buddies a hand choosing good stuff to start with...unlike me who had no one and had to learn everything the hard way by going through crap sub after crap sub til i finally learned...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

My first subs were 4 10 inch sony (not sure the model had a pencil drawn guy with a fist up or something) running in STEREO on a 4 channel sony amp HA HA HA. Then, to make it better I thought by switching it to high-current (had a switch on the back) I would just make it louder because it was 1 ohm.

They were WEAK! ha ha ha.

Good news is that I stole it all :p

my first ever sub was a shiva
Still have one, it's just good enough I can't justify upgrading it yet //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Weakest in terms of what? Output? Build quality?

The DIYMA 12" was the worst in build quality that I've used...

Ahh...series 1...brings back memories...

I remember my cousin had 2 15s in the hatch of a mid-80s Celica...those were LOUD...for the time...it's amazing how much more "throw", power handling and output today's subs have though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

8" radioshack sub, actually that thing I never broke, the weakest was a 12" THUMP in a tube, those things smokes after like 30W. HAHA they looked like these http://cgi.ebay.com/12-Thump-subwoofer-speaker-200-watt_W0QQitemZ260039204650QQihZ016QQcategoryZ3291QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem
