I do tip service like at a dine in and a bar but places like Togo’s, Cold Stone, Dutch Bro’s asks for tips when you swipe and coffee places have those tip jars as well as food places. I know tips aren’t expected and are appreciated but it must be a millennial thing it hasn’t always been this way.

I feel you. There are places near me that you walk in, tell them what you want, then move down the line and pay. When you swipe your card it ask about a tip. I do not tip these places just as I would not tip at your local Taco Bell or Wendy's. However, sit down joints with wait staff or pizza delivery persons such as myself get tips because it is the majority of their wages. Just my 2¢.

I don’t mind tipping the delivery guy but I don’t like how a lot of places also now charge a delivery fee/charge. I think the driver gets a small percentage of that also where does the rest go they did not used to charge us anything

If it's convenient for you, then you should tip. Remember, the drivers remember shitty tippers. Then, they will blow their nose on your shit the next time, or worse. It's up to you though.

The "Delivery Fee" goes to the company. I have been told it goes for stuff like delivery bags and toppers for the cars. I can tell you this, it does not. They are charging you for the pizza and just because they can, they are charging you extra and calling it a delivery fee. Pisses me off because so many people think we the drivers get that. We don't. It is corporate greed at its best. They pay us mileage... I get 29¢ per mile and they have their ways of screwing us out of that too.
