Kyle was illegally armed. If he had not been breaking the law, no one would have been attempting to beat him after he shot an unarmed man.

Who hired him to protect this used car lot, and was he on the property when the shooting occurred ?
Was he licensed to carry a gun?
Why did he use deadly force against an unarmed man who did not touch him (per his testimony)?

Yes. If Rittenhouse had any athletic ability then he wouldn't have tripped running down the street and the other two guys wouldn't have been shot. In fact, if he would've stayed at the scene of the first shooting and administered aid then the other two guys wouldn't have been shot either. He was there to administer aid to injured people right? That's what he said he was there for since he was a certified EMT. Why didn't he call the Police and tell them that he just shot somebody? Why in the World would he call his buddy other than to brag about it?

Like I said, it would apparently be ok with you if he was unarmed and beat to death for trying to stop these criminals. You won’t answer because the answers indicate Kyle was in the wrong.

He should not have been in Kenosha.
He was illegally armed.
He was never hired to protect the car lot.
He was not even on the property he claimed he was hired to defend.
He was not facing threat of great bodily harm but responded with deadly force.

None of those facts bode well for him after killing two and wounding a third.

That DA actually had one of his own witnesses accuse them of trying to get him to change his statement. His own witness said he was uncomfortable about that on the stand in court. Then he brought up the defendant’s right to remain silent and tried to use that against him in court, which every crackhead in the ghetto knows that’s unconstitutional. Even if the jury finds the defendant guilty, it’s a mistrial. How many of you are actually paying attention to the case and not getting your information off Facebook or MSM? That DA fvcked this case up in a big big way. He should lose his job honestly.
