I'm a little stuck. not sure what to get for the subs I got. I up graded alt. battery. It is for two type r 12 2 ohm. I got about $5-600 to spend on a amp. some one have suggestions

D2's? wire both subs series/parallel to a 2ohm final load:

wont push enough power ,look at a american bass vfl 120.1 or a dc 2.0

One for each sub won't be enough. I know they r on the cheaper side but was told they do rated power. Was also told they r made by the same company that makes hifonics, autotek and few other, but can't always believe what u hear

i doubt the same company makes the type r .2 amps will be enough [cheap] power,but you do get what you pay for .mb quartz,hifonics,autotek are all made by maxxsonics which is cheap chins junk.used to be great back in the day before maxxsonics ,but not anymore

Wasn't saying that the type r is made by same company lol was talkin bout Mb quart . Thanks for input . Think I'm goin to go with my first chose. The alpine just wana look at all options . Plus I know there r many other options that I never heard of that would be good. But goin to stick with what I know .
