What Amplifier for 12w3v2+Interior

I am looking for a decent amplifier to run a set of 12w3v2s and can double as power for some interior speakers...I was thnking along the lines of a kx1200.1..I am looking to spend around 175-250...

I strongly suggest not using an amp to power both subs and speakers. Get a mono(sub) amp for the subs and a four channel amp for the speakers. I was going to suggest the new ED 5 channel, but for 250...I would honestly check out Profile amps on ebay, or track down a set of used amps in the classified section.
