What Amp to Run 2 Alpine 1241d's

Hey, i have 2 alpine 1241d's in a sealed box, sub's have dual voice coil's and run (4 + 4) ohm sub's run at 300w rms and 1000w peak. Should i run a mono or a 4 channel and put each voice coil on it's own channel. Can someone please recommend an amp that will make these hit hard. Thanks.

What Ohm should i run my subs at i want to run it at 4 ohm's with a Rockford Fosgate Power 1501bd would this be a good choice or should i go a little lower the foasgate can run 750 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms. I would just have to turn the gain down some "correct"

I run a TypeR 12" with a rockford 301M and it hits hard. Didnt think it would hit as hard as it does. Plenty of power. I cant turn up my HU more than halfway or else i get a headache
