Its not that simple. If your front speakers call for 100 rms, we dont want to point you towards an amp that does 35 rms. Or, if they call for 20 rms, theres no reason to suggest an amp that does 150 rms, see what Im saying?

dude like zach said for you it depends on your fronts. you could buy a 2 channel for the rears that would be 110 rms and you would be set for the rears but if you want a 4 channel you gotta find out what kinda speakers the fronts r then we can help ya from there. hey but a good place to start is profile...go to their site and ou can get crap refurbed from like 90 and under for the older models and ebay you can get the newer models from like 130 to 150 and under. i have a CA640 and it does the job well for my speakers and im gettin an AP1200 for my sub in a few days that was 140 out the door

ok so say my infinity rms power range is 2-110....then how many watts do i need?? let say i want a 4 channel amp....that work for that kind of power...

If your RMS is 110, then you need an amp that does something along those lines. But you have to find out what power your front speakers need, before you buy an amp.

ok so let say if i only wanna connect the two rear speaker would that show a big difference ??
yeah i would think so. i had 2 6x9s in the back hooked up on th head unit sounded ok but the bass was weak and the highend just want enough. i hooked a cheap old vr3 amp from walmart my brother had and it makes a big difference you pick up mid bass alot better and its a cleaner sound.

if i just want a 2 channel amp to power the two 6x9 in the back what amp would be best ??
Chances are, the rear speakers would be louder after that. And it is going to pull your imaging back to the rear of the car.

any amp that produces 100x2 rms power will work for you.
