what amp to buy?

one more question..so let say if i have speaker that are 100rms in the front and 100rms in the back then i need something that put out 400x 4 ??
not 400x4 that's 1600watts.

100x4 @4ohms is what you will need. Make sure it is RMS power, not peak, max, or dynamic.

I've used those 6x9s on 90 watts and they really moved when they played full range. For the difference in power for the front and rear, you can just set the gain a little lower for the front speakers(There should be separate gain controls for F/R on the amp).
