what amp should i get?

i have 2 XXX 12's and need to know what would be a good amp to use for them? The amp has to be .5 ohm stable, thats what they will be wired at.

why not wire them to 2 ohms and get a crossfire vr2000D or viper D2500.1?

I'd go for a amp that's strong on a 2 ohm load, going for .5 gets dangerous

arent the xxx's rated at 1600?? will a single crossfire be able to do 3200w?

just because they are rated at 1600 watts doesn't really mean they need it to get going. the crossfire vr2000D is an excellent amp. underrated and makes rated power at 12.5 volts.

crossfire is def a good amp. i would lookin at gettin one before i got the orion
