What amp(s) should I get?

Looking for an Amp or amps for my two Orion. HCCA152s. Theyre the 2 ohm ones.

if possible id like to stay under $1500 for thr subs amp.

 Also would like recommendations on a mid/highs amp

I saw the same subs get put with a Taramps HD8000, two XS Power D3100 batteries, and a 270A alt. Would this be a decent build for these subs and would there be too much power consumption with this?

That doesn't seem like enough electrical by half to run 8K, but that's probably OK because those subs will smoke in under a minute on 4K.
