What amp for 2 Premier ts307's?

I have two Premier 307's and I was wondering what would be the right amp for the set up. Budget for the amp is around $180-$230

Also, would it be more efficient to power the two subs with a mono amp or a 2 channel amp?

mono, a high power two channel is more expensive and rarely go below 4ohm mono stability. I got a PA A2400db for $267 shipped from Cardomain.com
