What amp for 12 L7's

I have 2 2ohm 12 inch solobarics for my new setup but cant decide on an amp

Im either going to get a kicker kx1200.1 Or an audiobahn flame amp

I preffer an audiobahn for the setup im putting i my 2000 chevy silverado

the Audiobahn A2150HCT says it runs 1 x 600W RMS @ 2Ω @ 12.5 VDC

Would this work or what would be a better model ?

The audiobahns directly fit into my show setup thats why i need that style.

if your running 600 watts rms to 2 subs are you sending 600 rms to both subs or by sending to 2 is there a power cut?

Sorry for some dumb questions, im just getting into the technical aspect of it

you would be giving each sub 300 watts. there is 600 watts total.

That person doesn't know what the hell he's talking about.

There's 2 good ways to wire up (2) 2 ohm DVC subs:

So you're gonna need an amp that puts out roughly 1000-1200w @ either 0.5 or 2 ohms, so each sub will get 500-600w. The KX1200.1 only puts out about 600-700w @ 2 ohms.

The Hifonics BX1800D (900w @ 2 ohms) or BX2200D (1100w @ 2 ohms) would be good amps. Or the above mentioned Audiobahn A1500HCT would also be good.
