What amp do I need?

I have a JVC-X250BT receiver 20W RMS X 4 at 4ohms,

six JVC CS-V6948 speakers 60W RMS 4 ohms,

one JL Audio 300W 10W6AE dual 6 ohm voice coil subwoofer.

All I know is that I need a 5-channel amplifier, but I have no idea beyond that.

Can someone give advice on the right amp?

I'd like to run the four speakers through the amp as well as the subwoofer. I was told I need a 5-chaneel amp for that. I start to get confused with the ohms. The four speakers are 4 ohms and the subwoofer is 6 ohms. I don't know if the amp needs to match the speakers ohms or not, and what happens if they don't match.

Budget? Under $400
