What amp do i need to power my subs?

Ok.

I have 2 Memphis M3's : http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=2127

I went to Electronic Express and the dude there told me two amps that would power my subs : Kenwood eXcelon KACX812 - http://www.electronicexpress.com/product?prod_id=9297

and

Will any of those 2 amps work? Im very confused when it comes to the ohms and all that. I just want to make sure that if i buy a 400 dollar amp that its going to be the best one for my subs.
